Villa "Margarita" has two floors with three bedrooms on a total area of ​​146 sq.m.
It consists of:    ground floor: living room with kitchenette, toilet, 
second floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies.
The villa also has a veranda, private garden and a pool.
It is fully furnished and equipped.
The villa is equipped with: air conditioning, fridge, cable TV, internet, BBQ.

* Two Bedroom Apartment
 The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony or patio.
It is fully furnished and equipped for guests: air conditioning, fridge, cooking facilities, digital TV and Internet.

* One bedroom
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony or patio.
It also offers air conditioning, fridge, satellite TV and Internet.

* Studio
The studio is a large room that combines bedroom, living room and kitchen; there is a shower room with toilet and patio or porch. It is fully furnished equipped and provides guests with fridge, cooking facilities, satellite TV and Internet.

DEAR GUESTS, PLEASE NOTE THAT CLEANING, CHANGING OF BEDDING, TOWELS AND SANITARY SUPPLIES IS NOT INCLUDED AS A STANDARD RESIDENTIAL SERVICE FOR AN INDEPENDENT VILLA OR SELF-CATERING APARTMENT. IF YOU REQUIRE THE ABOVE LISTED SERVICES YOU CAN REQUEST THEM AT RECEPTION AND THEY WOULD BE SUBJECT TO AN ADITTIONAL FEE.

All rooms have a balcony, internet connection, cable TV and a private bathroom with a shower. Free toiletries and spare set of sheets are provided at the time of check-in, according to the number of guests. The Kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, fridge, stove and a kettle​​.

1. The prices are in BGN with overnight stay included, use of outdoor pool, umbrella, deck chair, outdoor parking, VAT, tourist tax, insurance.

2. All types of apartments and villas are fully equipped and furnished. At guests' disposal there is air conditioning, refrigerator, cooking conditions, cable TV, internet.

3. The villas have private yards with private pool, barbecue, individual parking spaces.

5. Deadlines for confirmation and cancellations:

* Within 7 days after the confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of -20% of the total amount is required

* Free cancellation of a reservation is accepted up to 3 days before the date of the accommodation, after that the advance payment is not refundable!

* Changes in the dates of the reservation can be made only once, if there is availability and by prior arrangement!
